PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete retaining wall for greening, by which the coexistence of plants is enabled so that a natural landscape is not damaged. SOLUTION: The inverted T-shaped retaining wall 11 has a foundation section 12 buried into a ground and a wall body section 13 erected from the foundation section, and a plant cultivating bed 14 is formed integrally on the surface side of the wall body section 13. Inserts 15 are buried to the surface of the wall body section 13, and fixtures 17 for supporting plant cultivating tools such as flowerpots, trellises, nets or the like are installed to the inserts 15.
