PURPOSE: A rotational speed controller of an air conditioner compressor is provided to maintain the indoor temperature set up by a driver regardless of the traveling speed of a vehicle by sustaining the performance of an air conditioner when a vehicle travels at a high speed or a low speed. CONSTITUTION: A rotational speed controller of an air conditioner compressor comprises a compressor(10) including a fixed pulley(13) having a slope face(15), a spline(12) protruded onto the fixed pulley and a movable pulley(14) having a slope face(15), a V belt(16) guided on the slope face between the movable pulley and the fixed pulley to connect to a drive pulley, an operating unit(20) to control the position of the movable pulley, and an electronic control unit(30) to maintain the indoor temperature of a vehicle by controlling the operating unit. When a vehicle travels at a low speed, the fixed pulley spaces apart from the movable pulley. The V belt moves around a rotating shaft(11), and the radius of rotation is reduced. Therefore, the performance of an air conditioner is maintained.
