PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently cleaning and completely removing the residue of a liquid filling material adhered to the exterior wall and the folding part of a container filled with the liquid filling material during a conveying step of the container, draining a cleaning liquid in an instant and drying the exterior wall of the container. SOLUTION: This device for cleaning, draining and drying the container is provided with a cleaning mechanism for taking out the container filled with the liquid filling material and cleaning the exterior wall including the bottom part of the container while moving on a conveying mechanism, a draining mechanism for draining the cleaning liquid and a drying mechanism for drying the exterior wall of the container.
