<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based toner having good offset resistance in a heating and fixing part in the process of double sides printing for development of an electrostatic charge image or magnetic latent image. SOLUTION: The polyester toner contains a binder resin prepared by blending (1) a crosslinked polyester resin having 1 to 60% methylethylketone insoluble content, 195 to 235 deg.C softening temperature and 65 to 72 deg.C of Tg by 20 to 60 wt.% of the whole binder resin, (2) a crosslinked polyester resin having 0.1 to 40% methylethylketone insoluble content, 155 to 190 deg.C softening temperature and 60 to 70 deg.C of Tg by 10 to 50 wt.% of the whole binder resin and (3) a noncrosslinked polyester resin having <=120 deg.C softening temperature and 45 to 55 deg.C of Tg by 10 to 50 wt.% of the whole binder resin, and the toner has 130 to 180 deg.C softening temperature and 58 to 68 deg.C of Tg.</p> |
