PURPOSE: A process for preparing instant-cooking ramen using a pheasant by adding conventional ramen to pleasant meat soup and mixing spices is provided, thereby, the titled ramen having a light taste and low fat is produced. CONSTITUTION: Conventional ramen is poured into pleasant meat soup, mixed with spices such as red pepper powder, green onion, garlic, black pepper and ginger and optionally added with pleasant meat to produce the titled instant-cooking ramen. |
