PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing felt, by which working environment and workability can be improved. SOLUTION: This method for producing felt comprises applying a liquid binder to which a sticking agent for suppressing scattering and release of the binder is added to a substrate fiber, forming the substrate fiber into a fleece and optionally applying the above binder to the fleece and heat-forming the resultant fleece.
