PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a table to an armrest mounted on the backrest of a front seat so that a passenger on the rear seat can use the table. SOLUTION: The armrest 20 mounted on the backrest of a front seat comprises an armrest main body 21 rotatable between a first position extending nearly horizontally to the front and a second position extending nearly horizontally to the rear seat by the reverse rotation, a storage room 22 disposed inside the armrest main body 21 to be opened in the longitudinal direction downward when the armrest main body is in the first position, and a table 30 stored in the storage room 22 to be taken out/in through the opening. Therefore, if a passenger in the rear seat rotates the armrest main body 21 to the second position and pulls out the table 30 from the storage room 22, the passenger can puts a cup, etc., on the table 30. Further, the table 30 has a cup holder 32.
