PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a gap between a rotor and a shaft of a brushless motor which is necessary for inserting the shaft into the rotor heated for shrinkage fit to fix it to the shaft, even if the heat of the rotor is taken away by a large balance weight provided on an end plate and hence the inner diameter of the rotor is reduced, and to improve the workability accordingly. SOLUTION: The inner diameter of the shaft insertion part of a rotor on the metal block side of a rotor is expanded. With this arrangement, even if the heat of the rotor is taken away by the metal block and the inner diameter of the insertion part is reduced, a gap necessary for the insertion can be secured, so that the satisfactory assembly workability can be secured.
