AUTHORING SYSTEM AND METHOD AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To originate an operating pattern by use of an assembly of parts which specify the operating condition of a robot and a process routine. SOLUTION: A user originates and edits a specified scenario of a robot 1 through a mouse operation using a GUI screen. An authoring tool converts the scenario originated and edited into a mnemonic mode called RCODE. During debugging of an RCODE operation control program, an RCODE program is taken out row by row and enciphered for transfer to the robot by use of a wireless communications means. At the robot, an interpreter interprets and executes the RCODE and performs debugging.
