摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and efficiently distribute the newest information without always connecting a portable terminal to a network in a system for distributing area-limited information, which is generated and extinguished dynamically, to a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: Index information is sent through a first channel by using a first communication channel capable of performing a broadcast at a low cost and a fast second communication channel jointly. A terminal side downloads only selected information by using the second channel.
