PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopping board rack that retards water-stain and molding on a chopping board and makes it easier to wash the chopping board. SOLUTION: The rack is placed under a chopping board on the left or right side to slope the chopping board. As a result, water on the chopping board is let to flow in one direction and is prevented from staying on the chopping board. This reduces the ambient moisture as well as the moisture in the chopping board itself. In addition, use of the rack prevents the planar contact of the chopping board with any surface and the chopping board, can be cleanly used.
