PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calendar improving a strength of a binding part of the calendar by a combined use of the binding together of right and left side faces of upper ends of a calendar printed product by thread binding and coating of a cardboard. SOLUTION: The calendar is obtained by binding together upper ends of the calendar printed product of a plurality of sheets and coating fixedly the upper ends with doubled cardboard. A method for manufacturing the calendar comprises the steps of binding together the right and left side faces of the upper ends of the calendar printed product with a plurality of threads, and fixing the upper ends by the cardboard having the same width as that of the doubled printed product.
