It relates to a clutch release bearing in which there is provided, for the axial bearing of the actuating element 13 on the manoeuvring element 11, as well as for holding it axially with respect to the latter, an elastic component with axial action 21 which, bearing on the manoeuvring element 11 via axial tabs 22 bears axially on the actuating element 13. According to the invention, for hooking the axial tabs 22 of the elastic component 21, the manoeuvring element 11 includes, projecting radially over an axially elongated part, for example its sleeve 15, at least two bosses 23 which are suitably circularly distributed.
