PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine containing a crystal of an oxyiminoalkanoic acid derivative having excellent antidiabetic activities. SOLUTION: This medicine is obtained by combining the crystal of (E)-4-[4-(5- methyl-2-phenyl-4-oxazolylmethoxy)benzyloxyimino]-4-phenylbutylic acid (with the proviso that the crystal having 126-127 deg.C melting point is omitted) with a therapeutic agent of diabetes.
