PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device that is reduced in performance degradation caused by repeated heat cycles, is excellent in operational reliability, and has a long useful life. SOLUTION: In this thermoelectric conversion device, a heat absorbing-side heat exchanger substrate 2 and a heat radiating-side heart exchanger substrate 4, both of which have high thermal conductivity, are arranged to face each other through a group of thermoelectric conversion elements 3. In the conversion device, a frame body 6 made of a synthetic resin material is provided to hold the outer peripheral section of either one of the substrates 2 and 4. In addition, engaging projections 26 which prevent the relative positional deviation between the substrate 2 which is not held by the frame body 6 and the frame body 6, and engaged sections which are engaged with the projections 6, are respectively provided on the frame body 6 and the substrate 2. |
