The invention relates to an integrated circuit comprising a substrate, a conductive layer (1), at least one inductive element (2) superposed on said conductive layer and formed by a metallic turn having an outer contour and an inner contour, which bound between them a surface referred to as the radiation surface, and means for insulating the conductive layer from the inductive element. The conductive layer has a surface substantially identical to the radiation surface. The invention makes it possible to integrate other elements in a circuit as described above, without a resulting increase in the size of said circuit and without the operation of said other elements being disturbed by the inductive element.
