METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SILICA FINE POWDER, SILICA FINE POWDER AND RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING SILICA FINE POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially manufacturing silica fine powder which is constituted of round silica fine powder having remarkably excellent quality and which has a homogeneous particle diameter distribution with only a small quantity of coarse particles by using simple equipment without necessitating a specific apparatus. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing silica fine powder is performed by stirring balls for pulverization each having 10 mm diameter and silica fine powder in the presence of 0.2-10% water-based solvent per total weight of silica fine powder. The silica fine powder manufactured by the method and a resin composition containing the silica are used.
