The sleeve structure (1) has a receiving element (2) with a cylindrical receiving opening (6) for receiving spacer. A flange element (3) is set for axial application of sleeve portion to wall. A circulating sealing ring (4) is provided for sealing axially between flange element and wall. An attachment unit (23) is clamped axially against the wall. The flange element is provided with a peripheral support ring (5) to radially overlap sealing ring in installed state due to tension applied by attachment unit in the direction of wall.
