VINYL COATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A vinyl coating device is provided to improve the productivity and the safety of the coating work by directly supplying vinyl to the vinyl coating device from a conveying crane, thereby rapidly performing the coating work. CONSTITUTION: Two saddle rolls(4) are rested in a body(40). A shaft base(13) is installed at one side of the body(40) so as to fix an up/down shaft(3). A screw jack fixing section(8) and a guide bar fixing section(9) are provided at both sides of a lower portion of the body(40). In addition, a guide bearing rail(27) is installed at a side of the body(40). An open/close base(6) is positioned at both sides of the screw jack. A screw jack nut is installed in the open/close base(6). The screw jack is connected to a center of the screw jack nut so as to transfer the power. Guide bars are arranged about the screw jack nut. A guide bearing is installed at one side of the open/close base(6).
