PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce insulation breakage of a part of a dielectric film in an anode body in contact with a synthetic resin ring body when the ring body is attached to the joint of an anode wire on one end surface of the anode body. SOLUTION: This capacitor element comprises a porous anode body 2 which is made by sintering a valve action metallic powder, an anode wire 3 fitted to one end surface 2a of the anode body 2, a dielectric film 4, a solid-state electrolyte layer 5 and a cathode film 6 which are formed on the anode body 2, and a synthetic resin ring bodies 10 and 10' which are engaged and fitted with/to the joint of the anode wire 3. In this case, at least a part of the outer circumference of the ring bodies 10 and 10' is protruded from the side surface of the anode body.
