PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a plurality of opening/closing bodies via a plurality of remote control receivers for an opening/closing apparatus using one transmitter, without making a remote control transmitter for an opening/closing device large. SOLUTION: This remote control transmitter for an opening/closing device has an operating means having a plurality of operation keys, corresponding directly to control operation types of the opening/closing bodies, an object detecting means for detecting one or a plurality of remote control receivers for an opening/closing device related to an opening/closing body of a control object from operation contents with respect to the operating means, and a transmitting means for transmitting an effective control operation instruction signal for an opening/closing body. The transmitter does not need operation key or switch for control object specification and can be made compact in size.
