PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless semiconductive belt suitable e.g. as a transfer belt of an electrophotographic image-forming device capable of stably forming a picture image having high picture quality. SOLUTION: The seamless semiconductive belt is made of a fluorine-based thermoplastic resin composition containing an ionic conductive additive or ionic conductive polymer and incorporated with a colorant and has a volume resistivity of 10<8> to 10<14>Ωcm. The seamless semiconductive belt has excellent uniformity of electrical resistance and sufficient light-shielding property. Accordingly, a toner image formed on a photosensitive drum of image-forming devices 201-204 is stably transferred on a transfer paper 205 by using the seamless semiconductive belt as the transfer belt 6. The automatic correction of registration and the control of toner density can be performed by irradiating the belt with light and detecting the reflected light.
