FRIEND NOTIFICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS

Disclosed is a friend notification method, comprising: Disposing a friend notification input box on a text editing interface; starting a friend association based on the keyword input by a user and the friend list of the user according to the keyword inputted by the user in the friend notification input box; matching candidate friends from the friend list of the user according to the keywords; confirming the friends selected by the user from the candidate friends as a target friends for friend notification; and after text editing is completed and the text published, sending a friend notification to the target friend. Also disclosed is a friend notification apparatus. The method and apparatus are able to make the user not have to independently edit and send notification content after the text is published, thereby greatly simplifying user operation.
