A home page preparing function part 32 extracts the unwanted file corresponding to the garbage point for each file, prepares a Web page for reporting the condition of the file and discloses it through a Web server 14. In response to the answer of the confirmation of the unwanted file, an unwanted file extracting function part 34 registers that the file is unwanted on the file managing database 22, and the relevant file is deleted by an unwanted file deleting function part 38.
