PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conditioning coating compound of burnt lime cream capable of preventing the generation of a peeling defect caused by un-slaked lime like a conventional plastered wall material, shortening a work period on site, saving troubles, and having good absorption/emission capabilities, a conditioning burnt lime cream for the conditioning coating compound, and a method for manufacturing them. SOLUTION: Slaking water is mixed with sepiolite powder. Powder of reduced salt burnt lime is added to the mixed water and wetly slaked to make a conditioning burnt lime cream. A conditioning coating compound of burned lime cream having good conditioning function is manufactured by mixing the conditioning burnt lime cream with methyl cellulose, slaked lime, calcite and vinylon fiber.
