PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera suited for picking up both the images of a reduced image and an expanded image. SOLUTION: The camera comprises a case body 11 incorporating a CCD 15, and a lens barrel 12. A contactor 20 built into an objective lens 40 and a rotatable operator 30 are fitted to the inside and the outside of the lens barrel 12, respectively. The contactor 20 moves back and forth in the direction of a light axis K due to the rotation of the operator 30. A user operates the operator 30 to move the contactor 20 and the objective lens 20 back and forth. When the operator 30 advances and retreats reduced and expanded images can be picked up, respectively. An objective lens 40 is focused to the tip center of the contactor 20 when the expanded image is to be picked up. While the tip of the contactor 20 is in contact with the objective whose image is to be picked up, the expanded image is picked up. |
