PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear transmission capable of minimizing an axial dimension of the gear transmission while achieving a desired gear shift stage. SOLUTION: This synchromesh gear transmission 2 is provided with a first input shaft 13 directly connected to an output shaft of a clutch 4, a second input shaft coaxial with the first input shaft 13, a second transmission gear 19 being coaxially and relatively rotatable to the second input shaft 17, a secondary shaft 20 provided with a first secondary gear 21 engaged with a first transmission gear 15 and a second secondary gear engaged with a second transmission gear 22, an output shaft connected to an axle 24, a first output gear 25 engaged with a first input gear 16 through a reverse gear 26, a second output gear 27 engaged with a second input gear 18, a first sleeve 28 for switching the connection of the first input shaft and the second input shaft, and a second sleeve 29 for switching the connection of the output shaft 23, a first output gear 25 and a second output gear 27.
