PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the location of a mobile communication terminal outside by using a GPS function. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 3 comprises a GPS receiver. The mobile communication terminal 3 also comprises a transmitting means 8 which can transmit outside the location information of itself obtained by means of the GPS receiver 5, and a timing specification means 11 which obtains the location information from the GPS receiver and specifies the timing of transmission by the transmitting means 8.
