PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip rubber cutter oscillating device capable of elevating/ lowering a cutter with a less-resistant mechanism, smoothly operating the cutter, and having easy configuration. SOLUTION: In the strip rubber cutter oscillating device having an oscillating means 6 for oscillating a frame 19 having the cutter 3 for cutting a strip rubber cutter in the right-to-left direction and a cutter traversing mechanism mounted thereon around the first horizontal axis 11 in the right-to-left direction, the oscillating means 6 comprises a drive device 14, a nut member 15 turned by the drive device 14, a holder 18 which turnably holds the nut member 15 and is pivotably supported by a fitting member 30 in an oscillating manner around the second horizontal axis 12 in the right-to-left direction, a screw member 16 which is screwed in the nut member and advanced/retracted. One end part 16a of the screw member 16 is pivotably coupled with the frame 19 directly or indirectly in an oscillating manner around the third horizontal axis 13 in the right-to-left direction.
