PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional panel capable of not only easily and quickly replacing a functional material but also sufficiently exhibiting capacity of the functional material by positively contacting an indoor air with the functional material. SOLUTION: A wall surface panel 1 is the functional panel storing a compact including the functional material 1d absorbing or adsorbing substances affecting environment and a human body such as vapor, odor, and toxic substances in the air, in a panel body. The functional panel is provided with a ventilation surface fabric 1b and a ventilation backing 1c, or means for letting the air flow in/out and a fixing device 1e for replacing the compact.
