PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulsed light scanning device, capable of making a pulsed light scanned in a reflective measuring device with a simple configuration without having to use a polygon mirror. SOLUTION: This pulsed light scanning device 1 comprises a reflector 5 for reflecting the pulsed light emitted from a light source. The reflector 5 is mounted on a mirror base 4, and the mirror base 4 is supported independently oscillatably about X-axis and Y-axis, respectively. By having the mirror base 4 oscillated about the X-axis by operating an X-axial actuator 21, the mirror base 4 is oscillated about the Y-axis by operating a Y-axial actuator 26. The direction of the reflector 5 is changed in this way to make the reflected light reflected to the reflector 5 scan.
