PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow band that can be used by people elderly or have low functional capacity in comparison to a conventional hula hoop. SOLUTION: A hollow band 10 is composed by connecting both ends part 11a and 11b of a hollow pipe body 11 with transmittance and flexibility so as to be opposed each other detachably in a connection pipe 11c and stores a rolling body 12, a movable body, inside the hollow pipe body 11. This hollow band 10 is attached to the body part such as the waist, arm, leg, and head. Then the body parts are turned to rotate the rolling body 12 stored inside the hollow pipe body 11 by its own weight or the centrifugal force to exercise the body parts attached with the hollow band 10.
