PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable film or sheet having superior mechanical properties such as impact resistance and proper moldability, and a molding product using the same. SOLUTION: This biodegradable film or sheet is formed by using a resin composition that comprises a biodegradable aliphatic-aromatic copolymerized polyester having a glass transition temperature of 0 deg.C or less and poly(lactic acid) as main components.
