PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the height of a vehicle receiving bed with a single motion. SOLUTION: A vehicle receiving bed 2 is mounted at a tip end of a swing arm 1 through an X-shaped parallel link mechanism 8. A cam shaft 12 is laid between one side link plates 9, 9 in the X-shaped parallel link mechanism 8. An involute cam 13 is provided at a center portion of the cam shaft 12, and a knob 14 is provided at a projecting portion in one side. An inclining surface 18 capable of pressing on a cam surface of the involute cam 13.
