SOLUTION: The Internet facsimile information management system comprises an Internet facsimile host 102 and a plurality of Internet facsimile terminals 113, 122, 132 or the like. The Internet facsimile host 102 is characterized in that it includes an management object address storage means 21 for grouping mail addresses of each Internet facsimile terminal and registering them, a control mail automatic generating means 22 for automatically generating control mail CNT- M for requesting attachment of management information to mail to return the result, and a control mail transmission means 23 for transmitting the control mail CNT- M to each mail address grouped and registered by the management object address storage means.
