摘要 The invention refers to a process for fractionating a vegetable oil giving one or more solid fractions suitable for confectionary applications as well as a liquid fraction rich in unsaponifiable biologically active components. The liquid fractions of shea butter and rapeseed oil having a high content of phytosterols and tocoferols, respectively, are useful for cosmetical and pharmaceutical preparations.
