PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonizer having an improved cooling performance at a discharging gap and forming the discharging gap for generating clean ozone. SOLUTION: The ozonizer is comprised of a low voltage electrode 7, the first and the second high voltage electrode 3-1, 3-2 set at the both sides of the low voltage electrode 7, the first dielectric 5-1 and the first spacer set between the low voltage electrode 7 and the first high voltage electrode 3-1, the second dielectric 5-2 and the second spacer set between the low voltage electrode 7 and the second high voltage electrode 3-2, the first electrode cooling plate 1-1 set to the opposite side of the first discharging gap 6-1 of the first high voltage electrode 3-1, the second electrode cooling plate 1-2 set to the opposite side of the second discharging gap 6-2 of the second high voltage electrode 3-2, the first heat transfer/electric insulation plate 2-1 sandwiched between the first high voltage electrode 3-1 and the first electrode cooling plate 1-1 and the second heat transfer/electric insulation plate 2-2 sandwiched between the second high voltage electrode 3-2 and the second electrode cooling plate 1-2.
