PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage producing apparatus capable of rapidly and surely crushing and mixing a raw material including solid contents without damage to stability of a cup. SOLUTION: This beverage producing apparatus has a frozen beverage producing part 1 which dispenses ice and sirup to the cup 4, crushes the ice by rotating a cutter 53 in a state in which the cup 4 is sealed with a lid part 55 having lower and upper lids 55A and 55B, and mixes the ice with the sirup. A cutting part 5 of the producing part 1 temporarily permits idle running of a shaft mounting part 58 in accordance with elastic deformation of a clasp 59, so as to restrict transmission of running torque to a shaft 52, when a load for interfering with the rotation of the shaft 52 reaches a fixed value or more.
