PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for teaching the basic body motions such as sports played by moving the body, performances, or behaviors. SOLUTION: A preferred teaching method comprises a step of taking pictures of a trainee who is playing sports and making performances and other behaviors with a video camera and a step of giving guidances to him/her on the spot, while analyzing the video images in comparison with the gestures on the screen showing two pictures simultaneously or with the gestures made by a trainer playing sports and making performances and other behaviors on the same screen, to make the trainee understand the correct forms and timings of the gestures or movements of the body.
