PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, an image processor, an image processing system, a data processing method, a storage medium and a program which enable the deterioration of an image quality during ordinary original reading to be suppressed to a minimum by acquiring image data close to an original image quality as much as possible in comparison with conventional techniques by using not fixed data but data obtained in the last successful creation when the creation of shading data is failed. SOLUTION: A CPU 304 of a PC 2 creates the shading data on the basis of the image data of a white reference original read by a scanner 1 and performs control for writing the shading data in the address for shading data of a memory 303 and control for writing the shading data backed up in the memory 303 in the address for shading data when the value of the created shading data is abnormal or when the memory write error of the created shading data occurs.
