PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum interrupter which can be used under high pressure. SOLUTION: A first bellows 4 is arranged inside the vacuum interrupter and a second bellow 12 is arranged outside the interrupter. A top end part of the first bellows 4 is closely fixed to a movable leading rod 5 and a base end part of the same is closely fixed to a movable flange 3. A top end part of the second bellows 12 is closely fixed to a movable flange 3 and a base end part of the same is closely fixed to a movable leading rod 5. The inside of the first bellows 4a and the inside of the second bellows 12a are made to communicate with each other through a vent hole arranged to a bearing 10 (refer to the figures 2-14 and 3-15). Gas, with 0.51.5 atmospheric pressure for example, is sealed inside of the bellows 4a, 12a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
