According to the present invention, the application of the SCAR marker which is capable of quickly distinguishing Pleurotus eryngii (De Candolle ex Fries) Quel having high-temperature adaptability enables effective breeding of Pleurotus eryngii (De Candolle ex Fries) Quel.
