TWISTING AIR NOZZLE FOR BOTH FILAMENT COLLECTING AND OIL DIFFUSING

PURPOSE: A twisting air nozzle for both filament collecting and oil diffusing is characterized by setting an air injecting nozzle in a tangential direction of inner diameter of an insertion hole. On diffusing oil, the twisting air nozzle is capable of not contacting filament with an inner wall of the insertion hole, preventing yarn-cutting and increasing filament collecting property. On twisting the filament, the twisting air nozzle having the proper air injecting nozzles is capable of stabilizing twist, increasing twisting efficiency and lengthening a cleaning period. CONSTITUTION: The twisting air nozzle for both filament collecting and oil diffusing is comprised of: the circular insertion hole(110) formed in a direction perforating an air nozzle(100); at least two of the air injecting nozzle(130) formed on the inner wall of the insertion hole(110) and comprised of an air inlet(131) and a straight extension zone(132); and the straight extension zone(132) set in the inner wall of the insertion hole(110) at proper equiangular intervals and connected with the insertion hole(110).
