FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: the suggested endoprosthesis of hip joint contains caput, pedicle, trochanterian department, elastic interlayer and cervix conically narrowing towards the caput and having spherical foundation congruent to lacuna in trochanterian department. Cervix has round platform at site of its coincidence with the caput. Case is fixed at trochanterian department by its foundation, it surrounds concentric cervix with gap being equal to that between spheric foundation of cervix and spheric lacuna of trochanterian department. Elastic interlayer is designed as cover surrounding the cervix at its all length, elastic material fills in all the gaps. Between round platform and free proximal edge of the case the interlayer is of ring-shaped form. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg |
