PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cutting knotted parts of a chain-shaped sausage, capable of reducing time and labor required for the maintenance. SOLUTION: This device for cutting the knotted parts of the chain-shaped sausage has a drum body 3 rotatably moved by a motor 9, a plurality of lifting members 16 protruded from the inner periphery of the drum body 3 and for lifting the chain-shaped sausage upward by hooking the sausage according to the rotation of the drum body 3, a plurality of blade holders 21 installed in the lower part of the position to which the lifted chain-shaped sausage is dropped from the lifting members 16, and blade bodies 23 held by the blade holders 21 and cutting the knotted parts of the chain-shaped sausage dropped from the lifting member 16.
