The invention relates to the power engineering, in particular to the low-power hydraulic stations. The hydraulic station includes a platform 16, onto which there is installed a booster 14 and a generator 15. Onto the platform 16 there is mounted a vertical axis 1, linked with the booster 14, onto the lower end of which, under the platform 16 there is rigidly fixed a hollow rotor 2 with radially placed axes 4 and 5. Onto the radial axes 4 and 5 there are fixed blades 6, placed at an angle smaller 90 degree about the surface perpendicular to the vertical axis 1. The blades 6 are provided with flaps 12, which are rigidly fixed to them at an angle. The platform 16 is mounted onto a coast base with the help of an articulated mechanism with four elements 17.Claims: 1Fig.: 3<IMAGE>
