摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce risks occurring from a puncture by internally fitting an impact cushioning material in a conventional air pressure tire from a viewpoint to reduce risks as much as possible since a great risk occurs due to a puncture while a punctureless tire (round tire) is heavy in weight, and the use is limited to a low speed vehicle, and for a high speed vehicle, in many cases, a light air-pressure tire is mainly used. SOLUTION: A doughnut-shape structure 2 wherein a column-shape or trapezoidal cylindrical net 1 is rolled in from the inside to the outside is formed.
