PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization and the thinning of a zoom lens. SOLUTION: A first lens group having negative refractive power, a second lens group having positive refractive power and a third lens group having positive refractive power are arranged in order from an object side to an image surface side, and the first lens group is formed of a first lens 1 and a second lens 2 bonded to each other and having negative refractive power, the second lens group is formed of a third lens 3 having positive refractive power and a fourth lens 4 and a fifth lens 5 bonded to each other and having negative refractive power, and the third lens group is formed of a sixth lens 6 having positive refractive power. Thus, the entire length of the lens is shortened and the size thereof when housing (when collapsing) is made small and the miniaturization and the thinning of the lens are realized.
