PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display easy to understand the displayed set information or the like of a usable frequency range, a scan range, a reception filter bandwidth, and each memory channel that are set in a radio communication instrument. SOLUTION: The display has a display means 6 for displaying the entire frequency range to be used that is set in a radio communication instrument, at the same time, a set information display means for displaying set information regarding at least one of a scan range, reception filter bandwidth, each memory channel, and an operational mode that are set, while visually confirming a position within the displayed frequency range that can be used, and at the same time, a control means 7 for carrying out control so that the display position of each setting information displayed on the display does not change, even if a current operational frequency is changed.
