PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device capable of simply cleaning the interior of a bulk storage tank on the spot. SOLUTION: Recently, a system for arranging the bulk storage tank storing LP gas to a general home to supply the LP gas to the bulk storage tank by a tank lorry has been spread. A washing spray 10 is connected to an LPG container 30 and has a spray nozzle 11 provided to the leading end thereof. This washing spray 10 is provided so as to be inserted into the axial center part of the bulk storage tank 1 in a slidable manner. Then, the LP gas is sprayed from the spray nozzle while sliding the washing spray 10 to clean the inner wall surface of the bulk storage tank 1.
